[Tips] After cutting, ensure that the environmental conditions are suitable for rooting. Generally, the soil temperature is 3°C to 5°C higher than the air temperature, the relative humidity of the slotted bed air is kept at 80% to 90%, and the light requirement is 30%. Ventilate 1 to 2 times a day. From June to August, the temperature is high and the water evaporates quickly. Use a fine watering can to spray water once in the morning and evening, and the temperature should be kept between 23 °C and 25 °C. After the seedlings have survived, topdressing is carried out in time, mainly with quick-acting fertilizers. In the early stage, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers are mainly used, and in the middle stage, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are properly combined. In the later stage, in order to promote the lignification of seedlings, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate can be sprayed before the end of August, and the use of nitrogen fertilizers can be stopped. Generally, callus is produced in about 15 days, and rooting begins in about 30 days.
