Payment:

By Sea: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against original bill of loading

By Air: Full payment before shipment

Maintenance:

* Soil: loose, fertileand well-drained acidic soil. Alkaline soil easily make leaves get yellow and make plants undergrowth

* Sunshine: warm, moist and sunny enviroments. Do not put plants under blazing sun for long time in summer season.

* Water: Make sure enough water for plants during growing period, keep the soil wet always. In summer season,should spray water to leaves and keep the enviroment moist.

* Tempreture: 18-33 degree are suitable,in winter,the tempreture should not below 10 degree.
